Meet Our Dedicated Leadership

Dylan Fowdar brings over 30 years of Information Technology experience in the utilities, banking, insurance, and retail sectors. He has worked with multi-global teams and was an ambassador to web accessibility. Dylan has been involved in the family business of Care Homes for 25yrs+, therefore understand the industry as well the health care sector.

Daviana Fowdar has a background in childcare development, including nursery management, special needs, and school support roles. She holds qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ L2 & L3). Together, they are dedicated to bringing their combined knowledge and experience in care back to the community.

Amanda Butler is the registered Care Home Manager and has 32 years experience in the care sector, holding an NCFE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. She is skilled in managing residential care and has extensive experience in dementia care, end-of-life care, nursing care, and mental health. Supporting her are Care Team.

Ashley Arnewood Manor Care Home maintains strong relationships with local pharmacies, social services, GP surgeries, and district nurses to ensure comprehensive healthcare for our residents.

Funded Authorities

Our care home works with the major funding authorities such as Hampshire County Council (HCC), Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole (BCP) and Dorset Council.

We also take residents from outside these areas if and when required.
